Light commercial vehicles production in Mexico grows in 2017

According to statistics released by OICA, compared with the same time an year ago light commercial vehicle production went up greatly by 36.71 percent. The indicator rose sharply by 537 366, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 3.13%. It's the highest level on record since 1997. Mexico saw a growth of 316.93% in light commercial vehicle production over the past 21 years. Likewise, it has had a rise at a 0.12% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 896 264.57 from 1997 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 439 638 in 1998.
