Import of frozen swine edible offal to Europe: Rise in 2017

Compared with the prior year pork import greatly climbed by 68.81 percent, according to revised numbers presented by United Nations Statistical Office. Pork import grew sharply by 844 706.88 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it fell by 25.96 percent. The overall changes for the prior 18 years hit a raise of 101.7%. Moreover, it has shown a 0.14 percent CAGR during the five years with a slight overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 1 596 063.66 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 5 303 606 kilogram in 2001 and record low of 538 591 kilogram in 2010.
