Import of medicaments of alkaloids or derivatives thereof packaged for retail sale to Latvia: Decline in 2017

European Commission reported that the variable dropped by 6.88 percent in 2017. Alkaloid import declined by 127 480 Euro, in comparison to the prior year when it grew by 1.12 percent. Latvia saw a fall of 52.5% in alkaloid import over the past 17 years. Moreover, it has attained a 0.01 percent CAGR during the 5 years with a marginal overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 2 442 395.88 Euro from 2001 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 3 665 470 Euro in 2006 and record low of 1 639 630 Euro in 2013.
