Import of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Estonia: Rise in 2017

Yarn import went up by 25.84% in comparison to the previous year, according to statistics released by European Commission. Yarn import grew from 68 500 kilogram in 2016 to 86 200 kilogram prior year, in contrast to the previous year when it diminished by 26.58 percent. Estonia saw a fall of 3.79% in yarn import over the past 15 years. As well as it has shown a decline at a 0.01% CAGR over the five years with a modest overall decrease since the start of time series. It averaged 110 300 kilogram from 2003 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 246 600 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 51 000 kilogram in 2009.
