Natural gas supply in Azerbaijan: Increase in June 2018

Compared to the prior month the variable greatly increased by 47.22 percent, adjusted numbers from JODI Data highlight. Natural gas supply went up sharply from 455.1 million cubic meters to 670 million cubic meters, in contrast to the prior month when it fell by 34.51%. When taking into account the previous year, it can be noticed that the indicator was rising by 13.72% and attained 504 million cubic meters in June. Between June 2017 and the same month one year later, the figures constitute a 32.94 percent fluctuation. The overall changes for the previous 8 years hit a fall of 19.5%. Furthermore, the natural gas supply is now smaller than its average which equals 755.63 million cubic meters with a moderate overall decline since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 1 855.8 million cubic meters in January 2015 and record low of 443.2 million cubic meters in May 2017.
