Import of eggs except dried to China goes down in 2016

Egg import went down sharply by 51.67% in comparison with one year earlier, adjusted statistics from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. Egg import strongly diminished from 1 771 US Dollar in 2015 to 856 US Dollar prior year, in contrast to the previous year when it went up by 883.89%. China saw a diminution of 92.2% in egg import during the last 25 years. Moreover, it has attained a fall at a 0.3% compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 37 995.92 US Dollar from 1992 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 405 210 US Dollar in 1997 and record low of 2 US Dollar in 2003.
