Natural gas import in India: Fall in April 2018

According to adjusted statistics released by JODI Data, in April 2018 natural gas import fell hardly by 4.93 percent. The variable went down negligibly by 113.26 million cubic meters, versus the previous month when it went up by 5.45 percent. The previous year, the indicator was going up by 11.51 percent and attained 2 159.97 million cubic meters in April of the year before. This pinpoints a 1.09 percent change between April 2017 and April 2018. India saw a raise of 95.4% in natural gas import during the last 5 years.
