New vehicles registrations in Cuba rises in 2017

OICA reported that vehicle registration climbed barely by 0.9% in comparison to the previous year. The indicator hardly increased by 62, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 53.33%. It's the highest number in its history since 2005. The overall changes for the previous 13 years hit a rise of 132.07%. Besides, it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.09 percent over the last five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 4 068.62 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 1 900 in 2009.
