Natural gas supply and demand balance in Japan climbs in April 2018

Compared with the prior month the indicator increased sharply by 467.15 percent, new statistics from JODI Data highlight. Natural gas supply rose strongly by 2 275 million cubic meters, in comparison to the previous month when it went down by 1 416.22 percent. It indicates the all-time high since 2010. When examining the previous year, it can be established that the variable was increasing by 72.82 percent and hit 1 526 million cubic meters in April. This shows a 81 percent variation between April 2017 and the same month in 2018. The overall changes for the prior 8 years reached a drop of 720.67%. In comparison with its average, the natural gas supply is now greater as the mean equals 254.51 million cubic meters with a strong overall rise since the start of time series. It attained its minimum of -1 420 million cubic meters in December 2017.
