Re-export of cut or sawn slabs of marble, travertine or alabaster from Bahrain: Rise in 2016

According to adjusted numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, natural stone export rose sharply by 18 855.96 percent in comparison to the previous year. It hit its 17-year maximum as the indicator strongly increased from 2 750 kilogram to 521 289 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it fell by 98.48 percent. Bahrain saw an increase of 2 382.33% in natural stone export during the last 17 years. Likewise, it has shown a rise at a 0.34 percent CAGR during the 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 98 552.88 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its minimum of 2 750 kilogram in 2015.
