Sold production of potassium sulphate in Lithuania: Increase in 2017

According to data released by European Commission, potassium sulphate sold production grew by 12.31% in comparison to the previous year. The indicator rose from 1 222 814 kilogram in 2016 to 1 373 290 kilogram prior year, compared with the previous year when it went down by 16.24 percent. Lithuania saw an increase of 15.37% in potassium sulphate sold production during the last 8 years. However, it has shown a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.01 percent over the last five years with a marginal overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 338 119.88 kilogram from 2010 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 633 340 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 1 022 805 kilogram in 2011.
