Tungsten production in Canada: Diminution in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey reported that in comparison with the previous year tungsten production dropped by 28.33 percent. Tungsten production declined from 2 344 metric ton to 1 680 metric ton, versus the prior year when it rose by 10.15 percent. The overall changes for the previous 14 years reached a fall of 26.8%. Moreover, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.03% during the last five years with a modest overall drop since the 2002. It averaged 1 826.86 metric ton from 2002 to 2015 and it hit its all-time high of 3 636 metric ton in 2003 and record low of 384 metric ton in 2005.
