Export of windows, french-windows and their frames of wood from Costa Rica drops in 2016

According to refreshed statistics issued by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator greatly went down by 73.66% in comparison with the prior year. It's the lowest level on record since 1994 as wood product export decreased sharply by 2 545 kilogram, versus the previous year when it grew by 29.11%. Costa Rica saw a fall of 95.55% in wood product export during the last 23 years. Furthermore, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.26 percent over the five years with a modest overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 51 419.26 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its maximum of 162 076 kilogram in 1997.
