Import of frozen whole yellowfin tunas to Argentina increases in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that frozen tunas import increased by 9.37 percent in comparison to the year before. Frozen tunas import rose by 2 807 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 10.03%. Argentina saw a drop of 67.22% in frozen tunas import over the past 24 years. Moreover, it has attained the average annual growth rate of 0.01% over the last five years with a modest overall decline since the 1993. It averaged 45 007.67 kilogram from 1993 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 150 378 kilogram in 1998 and record low of 332 kilogram in 1995.
