Fuel oil demand in Saudi Arabia goes down in June 2018

According to revised figures issued by JODI Data, in June 2018 the variable decreased by 18.86 percent. Fuel oil demand went down by 645.85 thousand tonnes, in contrast to the prior month when it climbed by 145.67%. The previous year, this fluctuation attained 16.34% and the fuel oil demand hit 2 580 thousand tonnes the same month in 2017. To sum up, the indicator was 7.69 percent higher in June 2017 than in June of the year after. Saudi Arabia saw a growth of 158.92% in fuel oil demand during the last 16 years. As well as the fuel oil demand is now above average of 1 523.26 thousand tonnes with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It reached its all-time high of 3 495.85 thousand tonnes in July 2017 and record low of 629.08 thousand tonnes in February 2012.
