On the import side, the global aerospace import is projected to reach $285 billion by 2026, growing at an average of 0.4% annually – a slower rate compared to the 3.4% annual decrease since 2016. In 2021, the United States was the top importer at $49.5 billion, followed by Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Latvia saw the biggest increase in imports with a 62.6% year-on-year increase, while Argentina saw a 46.5% decrease.
