The United States, Germany and France respectively rank 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Meanwhile, Burundian plastic packaging imports are expected to reach $8.1 million by 2026, a 3.1% increase from $6.7 million in 2021. Demand has increased by 5.4% year-on-year since 1998 and Burundi currently ranks 130th in the world. Nigeria is ahead with $6.7 million, while Germany, France and Mexico rank 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
