Irish stem cell transplantation is set to reach 330 surgical procedures by 2026, according to a new report. The study shows that the number of procedures has grown 1.8% annually since 2000. In 2021, Ireland was 22nd in the global ranking, with 294 surgical operations. Meanwhile, New Zealand ranked first, with the same number of procedures. Japan, France and Italy came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
