Maltese kitchen oven exports have taken a significant hit in 2021, falling 47% from €1.45 million the previous year to just €765,000. This marks a 51% decrease since 2008. Malta placed 26th in the global ranking, being overtaken by Cyprus at €765,000. Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy respectively held the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th spots. Maltese kitchen oven imports, meanwhile, are predicted to reach €1.06 million by 2026, up 3.1% year-on-year. This follows a 14.9% increase since 2008. Malta was 24th in the global ranking in 2021, overtaken by Latvia at €882,600. Germany, the Netherlands, and France respectively took the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places.
