Slovak fertilizer exports plummeted by 87% in 2021 compared to 2020. Since 2007, exports have decreased by almost half, with the country falling to 82nd in the global ranking. Tunisia took the lead with 172 metric tons, followed by Norway, Belgium, and Finland. Meanwhile, imports are projected to reach 107,350 metric tons by 2026, increasing by 2.1% year-on-year on average since 2007. Slovak ranked 47th in 2021, surpassed by Colombia with 93,850 metric tons. Brazil, Spain and Thailand came in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
