Omani fertilizer exports are set to decline 6.4% annually until 2026, down from 148.74 metric tons in 2021 to 101.28 tons. This is a decrease of 31% from 2014. In 2021, Oman ranked 84th in world fertilizer exports, while Yemen topped the list with 148.74 metric tons. Norway, Belgium and Finland followed in second, third and fourth place. At the same time, Omani fertilizer imports are forecast to increase by 3.2% per year until 2026, rising from 20,620 metric tons in 2021 to 25,040 tons. This is a 7.5% increase from 2007. In 2021, Oman was 83rd in world fertilizer imports, with Gabon in first place at 20,620 metric tons. Brazil, Spain and Thailand came in second, third and fourth.
