Burmese cheese production is on the rise, set to reach 188,130 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, the country produced 162,140 metric tons, growing an average of 2.5% each year since 1966. This puts Burmese in 26th place, overtaking South Sudan. Germany, France, and Italy respectively rank second, third and fourth in the ranking.
