Ukraine's cattle production is projected to decrease by 10.4% year on year, dropping to around 882,000 heads by 2026. Since 1997, the country's supply has declined by 6% annually. In 2021, Ukraine came in at 72nd in the world rankings, with 1.6 million heads of cattle. It was overtaken by the Philippines, which ranked 71st with 1.6 million heads. India, the US and China were the leading countries in the rankings, coming in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
