Kyrgyz butter consumption is expected to reach 2,200 metric tons by 2026, up from 2,000 in 2021. This represents a 1.9% compound annual growth rate (CAGR). Since 2017, Kyrgyz demand has increased by 26%. Kyrgyzstan ranked 88th in 2021 – Bosnia and Herzegovina overtook it with 2,000 metric tons. Germany, France and Russia respectively ranked second, third and fourth. Kyrgyz butter production is set to decline by 0.9% CAGR, to 3,630 metric tons in 2026 from 3,820 in 2021. Since 1997, Kyrgyz supply has increased by 4.1% per year. In 2021, Kyrgyzstan was ranked 63rd – Croatia overtook it with 3,820 metric tons. New Zealand, Germany and France respectively occupied the second, third and fourth spots.
