Macedonia's butter consumption is expected to remain flat over the next five years, according to a new report. In 2021, the country ranked 68th in the world, with 7,000 metric tons of butter consumed. That same year, Lebanon overtook Macedonia, consuming 7,000 metric tons. Germany, France and Russia followed, coming in at second, third, and fourth respectively. Macedonia's butter production was 5,800 metric tons in 2014, unchanged from the previous year.
