Meanwhile, imports of alcoholic drinks are estimated to reach $22.9 million by 2026, a 1.8% average annual increase since 2021. Since 1997, demand has grown 0.9% year on year. In 2021, Belize ranked 126th in the world for imports of alcoholic drinks, overtaken by Fiji at $20.5 million. The United Kingdom, Germany and China came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
