Palm oil production is set to decline by 3.3% year-on-year by 2026, with an estimated 69,130 metric tons. This follows an increase of 0.5% in annual production since 1966. Nicaragua has overtaken the country to take the number 21 spot in 2021, producing 83,990 metric tons. Malaysia, Thailand and Colombia rank 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
