Ivorian palm oil consumption is predicted to reach 323,000 metric tons by 2026, an increase of 2% year-on-year. Since 2017, Ivorian demand has grown by 0.6% annually, with the country ranking 12th in the world in 2021. The Philippines came first, with 286,000 metric tons, followed by India, Indonesia and Nigeria. Ivorian palm oil production is expected to reach 471,000 metric tons by 2026, a rise of 1.1% year-on-year. Since 1966, Ivorian supply has increased by 0.8% annually, with Brazil topping the rankings with 441,000 metric tons in 2021. Malaysia, Thailand and Colombia followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
