Norwegian silver imports are set to take a 12.4% hit by 2026, with the country’s demand dropping 8% year on year since 1998. Portugal overtook Norway in 2021, with the US, UK, and Japan following in second, third and fourth place respectively. Meanwhile, Norwegian silver exports have flourished, growing 961.1% in 2018 compared to the previous year. Since 2005, however, the country’s supply has decreased by 46.1% annually.
