Cameroonian crude oil production is set to reach around 3.8 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2026. This is a slight decrease of 0.6% compared to 2021, when the country produced 3.9 million tonnes. Since 1982, Cameroonian supply has decreased by an average of 3.8% year-on-year. In 2021, Cameroon was ranked 41st in the world for crude oil production. Pakistan overtook it with 3.9 million tonnes of oil equivalent. Saudi Arabia, the United States and Iraq came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
