Since 1998, chocolate imports into Central Africa have increased 8.1% annually. In 2021, the country was ranked 130th in the world. Mauritania overtook Central Africa as the highest importer, with $1.5 million. Germany, France and the United Kingdom occupied second, third and fourth place, respectively.
