Salvadoran agricultural production is set to reach nearly $2 billion by 2026. It was $1.9 billion in 2021, growing an average of 0.7% a year since 1996. In 2015, Salvadoran agricultural GDP was $2.4 billion, up from $2.3 billion the previous year. That ranked it 49th in the world; Honduras was ahead with $2.4 billion. The United States, Nigeria and Pakistan followed, in second, third and fourth place respectively.
