Consumption of olives in Saudi Arabia is expected to reach nearly 20,000 metric tons by 2026. This represents a slight increase of 0.6% annually since 2021, when the country used 19,000 metric tons. In comparison, Australia surpassed Saudi Arabia in 2021 with the same amount of 19,000 metric tons. Italy, the United States and Greece ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
