In 2021, Lebanon overtook Ecuador to become the top importer of dried fruit, with Germany, the United Kingdom and China respectively coming in at numbers 2, 3 and 4. For exports, Saudi Arabia overtook Ecuador, with Germany, the United States and Chile respectively coming in at numbers 2, 3 and 4.
