Meanwhile, Brazil is expected to produce 147,900 metric tons of sunflower oil by 2026, a 3.4% increase from 120,830 metric tons in 2021. Since 1982, production has increased by 32.3% year on year. In 2021, Italy was the leader in production, followed by Russia, Argentina and Hungary.
