Grapefruit consumption in Romania has dropped significantly in 2021. According to figures, the country consumed 3 thousand metric tons, a 40% decrease from the previous year. This marks a decrease of 30.7% since 2017. Romania now ranks 63rd, with Croatia taking its place at 3 thousand metric tons. Meanwhile, Vietnam, the USA and Mexico rank second, third and fourth respectively.
