French avocado production is on the rise. By 2026, it is expected to reach 2,720 metric tons, growing at an average rate of 2.2% per year since 1993. In 2021, France came in at number 45 in the world avocado production rankings, with 2,380 metric tons. Cuba was ahead with the same amount. The Dominican Republic, Peru, and Colombia followed in the rankings, respectively.
