East Timor is on track to produce nearly two thousand metric tons of cucumbers by 2026. This year, the country was at number 107 in global production, with 1,590 metric tons of cucumbers. El Salvador led the way with the same production figure, while Russia, Ukraine and Mexico followed closely. The supply of cucumbers in East Timor has been steadily increasing since 1995, with an average growth rate of 4.2% each year.
