Lebanese consumption of beans is forecast to hit two million metric tons by 2026, down 7.8% from 2021's three million metric tons. Since 2017, Lebanese demand has dropped by 9.1%. In 2021, the country ranked 85th, with Jordan ahead at three million metric tons. Brazil, Mexico and the United States ranked second, third, and fourth, respectively. Lebanese production of beans is set to reach 12,270 metric tons by 2026, down 2.5% from the 14,220 metric tons of 2021. Since 1966, Lebanese supply has increased by 1.9% annually.
