Tunisian lentil production is projected to reach 1,180 metric tons by 2026, according to a report released this month. That's a 0.1% increase year-over-year. However, the country has seen a 15.2% decrease in production since 1966. Tunisia currently ranks 33rd in the world in terms of lentil production, after Palestine came in at number one with 1,180 metric tons. India, Australia and the United States come in second, third and fourth, respectively.
