Since 1966, the country has seen a steady increase of 3% year on year. In 2021, Bulgaria was the 21st largest supplier of lentils, with Mexico in the lead at 7,030 metric tons. India, Australia and the United States followed in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
