Armenian lentil production is set to reach 207 million metric tons by 2026. This year, the country produced 165 million metric tons, a 3.7% growth from the previous year. Since 1997, Armenia has seen a 40.6% increase in lentil production year-on-year. In 2021, it ranked 43rd in the world, behind Jordan, which produced 165 million metric tons. India, Australia and the United States were the top three producers in this ranking.
