North Korean mushroom production is set to increase by just 0.2% year-on-year, according to a recent study. By 2026, the country is expected to reach 6,090 metric tons of supply, up from 6,030 metric tons in 2021. Since 1990, production has risen steadily by 0.2% year-on-year, ranking number 31 in 2021. Portugal leads the pack with 6,030 metric tons, while Japan, the United States and Poland respectively rank numbers 2, 3 and 4.
