Moroccan mushroom production is on the rise, increasing 0.6% year-on-year since 2021. The country produced 2,270 metric tons in 2026 from 2,190 metric tons in 2021. Since 1966, the country's mushroom supply has grown 0.8% each year. Morocco was number 37 in 2021, with Slovakia ahead at 2,190 metric tons. Japan, the United States and Poland came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
