Lithuanian mushroom production is set to grow 1.1% year on year, reaching almost 13,000 metric tons by 2026. The country was ranked 27th in 2021, with Israel overtaking it at 12,180 metric tons. Japan, the United States and Poland followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively. However, since 1997, Lithuanian supply has decreased 5.7% year on year.
