Between 2011 and 2021, the supply has grown by 0.2% year-on-year. In 2021, Azerbaijan ranked 41st in total mushroom production, with Austria overtaking it at 1,530 metric tons. Japan, the United States and Poland ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
