Consumption of animal fat in Niger is set to rise to 26,000 metric tons by 2026. This is a 1.4% annual growth since 2017, and Niger was ranked 69th out of all countries in 2021. Lithuania, however, has surpassed Niger with 24,000 metric tons. The United States, Germany, and France were the top three countries in the same ranking.
