Animal fat consumption in Croatia is set to reach 20,000 metric tons by 2026, growing at a rate of 1% annually. Since 2017, demand for animal fat in the country has risen by 1.8% year-over-year. Croatia ranked 75th in 2021, with Turkmenistan overtaking it at 19,000 metric tons. The United States, Germany, and France took the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th spots in the ranking, respectively.
