Ukrainian animal fat consumption is forecast to drop to 78,000 metric tons by 2026. That's a decrease of 4.3% per year on average since 2021, when the country consumed 100,000 metric tons. Since 2017, Ukraine's animal fat demand has declined by 1.9% each year. In 2021, it placed 31st in global rankings. Hungary was ahead with 100,000 metric tons. In the same year, the United States, Germany and France were the second, third and fourth largest consumers, respectively.
