Cambodian demand for animal fat is expected to increase by 1.2 per cent year on year, reaching 15,200 metric tonnes by 2026. Despite a lack of growth since 2017, Cambodia ranked 86th in the global rankings in 2021, albeit behind Israel, who consumed 14,000 metric tonnes. The United States, Germany and France respectively came in second, third and fourth place.
